Testimonial:
"
Very professional from beginning to end. Julia's daily up-dated voicemail explaining her schedule and the times she would be available to answer/return calls was very helpful and effective. gthe almost daily email to-do list was also helpful to keep the mortgage process on track, and we were able to close as scheduled. I will recommend them to friends considering buying a home."

Worst bank I have ever used, closed my account and they still accepted my direct deposit and said they didn't. Still haven't gotten my money back?? Avoid this bank.

I was new to 65th Franklin area. I asked a few neighbors what's a good bank near here. Everyone said First Federal Lakewood right around the corner. Then my neighbors switched it up. Under new management and the new Male teller was not very kind. Very impatient. Then my next door neighbor just received a letter from them..stating.." Your account has been over drawn for 15 consecutive days....if this matter is not taken care of...your account will be suspended." Over drawn folks by .31 cents. He gets Direct Deposit there and has been for over 8 yrs. That is crazy

So derful bank, nice people. I feel safe not checking my account everyday because I know there is no hidden charges. Employees are always friendly and usually brighten my day.

Opened an account here and it was just a big run around. the staff were nice, the manage didnt seem like she had the time of day for me though. a month after opening the account i still didnt get the checks and debit card they said i would get. i went in and they had to order the checks again because whoever was gonna do it never did. they also couldnt get me a debit card because the machine that makes them was down. i went back a week later for my 3rd attempt to get my debit card nearly 2 months now after i opened the checking account and they made me sign some paper and i waited for a while just to be told that the machine still wasnt working. finally i recently requested a box of $1 coins. i didnt expect them to have it but the person i talked to said that they would order it for me. i waited and called back to check to see if they got it on the date they told me to call and i was told "sorry, the manager wasnt here to order them, try our main branch" so not only wasnt they able to fill the request but they basically pushed me off onto another branch. long story short, bad branch. their equipment is always broken or in disrepair, the manager doesnt seem to care about customers and as a result you can really only expect ATM and teller based service. dont expect the manager to help you, care, or do their job. dont expect the bank to be able to provide you with something as basic as a debit card and dont expect them to be able to fill requests for something they dont already have at the branch. probably the worst bank ive ever used. i really wanted to like this bank because they are so close to where i live and they do offer competitive checking accounts, but sadly they failed to deliver the basic services i would expect from a bank. do yourself a favor and find a more professional bank. i can forgive 1 or 2 problems, but with them its constant. every single time i go there something is wrong.
