Monitor your account
Be sure to check your accounts often, either via Online Banking, account alerts, or your statements. If you see any transactions you don’t recognize, call us immediately at (216) 529-2700 or visit our branch in person.
Remember to change passwords
Passwords should be changed frequently. Never share details of your account, including your user name, password or the answer to security questions, with anyone.
Never respond to requests to update personal information
Instead, call the Customer Service number on the back of your card or go directly to the website by typing the address into your browser – never click on a link given in a suspicious email.
